In April 2023, Lauren Zonfrillo’s world was irrevocably changed.
While setting up her family’s new life in Rome, Lauren’s husband Jock was in Melbourne completing the new MasterChef press junket.
In an instant, everything changed, and Lauren began her journey as a mother, public figure and now widow, dealing with cataclysmic grief.
Before she was Lauren Zonfrillo, she had already established herself as an extremely accomplished businesswoman. In 2003, Lauren founded the marketing and communication firm Pulse Collection, and won the NSW Telstra Young Businesswoman of the Year in 2010.
Lauren is a regular guest on the ABC series Gruen, where she shares her expertise as a marketing analyst.
Lauren met Jock in 2014, and together they have two children Alfie and Isla. Beyond their deep love for each other, Lauren played a pivotal role in Jock’s career. serving as Board Director for The Orana Foundation, CEO of the Orana Group, and Jock’s personal manager.
Lauren’s memoir, Till Death Do Us Part, is dedicated to her journey with grief, emphasising the importance of living with intention and rebuilding life after such a profound loss.
