Dr Em explores through these questions the themes of overwhelm, anger and rage, and identity, and well as taking Hugh, Ryan and Josh through the conditions that may lead to parental burnout.
Most importantly Dr Emily guides us through how, in the trenches of burnout, we may be able to offer ourselves some compassion and work our way out of it.
