Katie ‘Monty’ Dimond loves storytelling.
A pillar of the Australian media landscape, Monty has hosted nationally broadcasted radio shows on both KIIS and Nova FM (including one with our very own Sheltzy).
Monty is the creator and co-host of Show and Tell, and has been a regular guest on The Project since 2019.
Monty has worked incredibly hard to make Australian media more accessible for women, and founded Show and Tell to create a space for women’s voices to be heard.
The most recent addition to the Show and Tell platform is the iChronic series, where Monty and co-host Brooke talk about the reality of living with a chronic illness. The aim of the podcast is to help people with a chronic illness feel less alone, and for friends and family members to gain a better understanding.
Monty has three boys who fill her life with laughter, love and a never-ending supermarket bill.
