Angie Greene grew up in a family of sporting royalty.
Not impressed by the hyper-masculine and exclusive environment that the sporting culture at that time perpetuated, Angie found her passion in making safe and inclusive spaces.
Angie studied counselling and sociology, before launching Stand Up Events; a non-for-profit organisation working with schools, corporations and sporting clubs to promote an inclusive and supportive culture.
Angie was diagnosed with OCD when she was 19, however the first time she felt truly understood was listening to Penny Moodie’s episode of The Imperfects (that’s us!)
Angie has since launched a podcast with Penny, It’s Not What You Think, which explores the hilarities and horrors of OCD.
