Kate Langbroek is one of Australia’s most beloved and unique media personalities. Her career spans top-rating radio shows, popular prime-time TV shows, acting as well as a host of writing credits.
She started her media career in the mid-1990s as a radio announcer at Triple R and had a stint as a script writer for Neighbours. But it wasn’t long before she was on TV as a panellist for Network Tens talk show The Panel and making regular appearances on Have You Been Paying Attention.
However, she is best known for being one half of one the country’s most successful radio partnerships, Hughsey and Kate, which spanned over 20 years, with long-time friend, Dave Hughes.
Most recently, Kate has released her podcast The Buck Up with Kate Langbroek and Nath Valvo.
